Returns & Refunds – Original Paintings I want you to feel completely safe collecting art online. For original paintings shipped from my studio :14-day review period You have 14 days from the delivery date to decide if the artwork is right for you. If the painting arrives damaged or not as described Please email me within 14 days with your order number and clear photos of the damage or issue.
I will either: • arrange a replacement (when possible), or • issue a full refund of the artwork price once the painting has been returned. Free return shipping For approved returns, I will provide a prepaid return label at no additional cost . You do not pay return shipping. How to return the painting Please reuse the original packaging (or equivalent strong packaging) and protect the canvas carefully. The will refund be processed to your original payment method after the painting arrives back in good condition.
Fine art prints of this artwork are produced and shipped by my print partner Prodigi. If your print arrives damaged or with a printing defect, please contact me within 14 days and I will arrange a free replacement or according to refund to Prodigi’s guarantee.
